Vitamin C 1000mg

An everyday Vitamin C supplement with a light electrolyte and B-vitamin blend for general hydration and immune support.. The main ingredient hits a solid 1000mg dose for immune support. That part works perfectly well. But the brand included completely useless 1mg doses of quercetin and alpha lipoic acid just to make the label look better. Treat this strictly as a basic Vitamin C and electrolyte product. It is not a complete daily vitamin.

WhenMorning

Vitamin C and B-vitamins can be slightly energizing, making morning the ideal time to take them.

FoodTake with food

High doses of Vitamin C can cause mild stomach upset if taken on a completely empty stomach.

SafetyAll clear

People on ACE inhibitors or potassium-sparing diuretics should be mindful of the 200mg potassium dose, though it is generally equivalent to eating half a banana.

ResearchStrong evidence

Vitamin C is heavily researched for antioxidant and immune support at the 1000mg dose.

What We Like

  • Solid 1000mg dose of Vitamin C
  • Includes basic electrolytes for hydration
  • Fully transparent label with no hidden blends

Watch Out For

  • Completely useless 1mg doses of quercetin and ALA
  • Zinc is dosed too low to provide real immune synergy
  • B-vitamin doses are negligible
